The Tour
We took an all inclusive motor coach tour with C-I-E Tours International, the tour was titled “10 Day Taste of Scotland & Ireland”. This tour covered a lot of ground and we were on the move every day. This was my first motor coach tour, Kathie had done one a number of years ago in Germany. While I would prefer more time at various spots for independent exploration, I was pleased with the overall experience. You can see from the map below we covered a lot of territory.We landed early morning in Glasgow Scotland on Aug 4th and we were immediately greeted by the CIE tour director when we retrieved our checked baggage. There was a total of 48 folks in our group including our friends Andy and Connie. Once everyone was rounded up, the tour director/driver got us on the coach and off to Glasgow. Then the adventure began!
